While everyone has lightened up their summer menu by substituting the heavy whole wheat pastas and cream sauces with grilled chicken and salads of all sorts, healthy and low calorie desserts are harder to come by. So I thought I’d help you all out today and share with you what we do here at our house.
This creamy, delicious summer treat is gluten free, dairy free and vegan! You don’t need an icecream maker either.
It is so simple. Like ridiculously simple.
