This Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie has the word BLAST in it for a reason. Paired with the spinach, kale and flax seed this blueberry smoothie blasts away the pounds, low immunity, low energy and puts some pep in your step!
Organic whole yogurt is used as the base for this recipe instead of just the usual water you’d find in my smoothie recipes. I did this for 2 reasons:
- Blueberries and yogurt are a really nice combination together
- Plus the protein in the yogurt provides an added benefit.
I also used frozen banana instead of ice for both the thickness and to make it super cold.
